At Mother of Herbs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Sealed products (oils, teas, bath products) must remain sealed
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened essential oils or mugwort oil products
• Used moxibustion rolls or tubes
• Opened tea or matcha products
• Used bath powder packets
• Any products being used or opened
• Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at
djiang@djmasia.com or 514-531-2860. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
