Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Canada:
• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $16 CAD
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $28 CAD
• FREE shipping on orders over $150 CAD Quebec (Local):
• Montreal area pickup available at our location: 78 Rue De la Gauchetière O, Montréal, QC H2Z 1C1
• Local delivery within Montreal: $8 CAD (1-2 business days)
United States:
• Standard International (7-14 business days): $30 USD
• Express International (5-7 business days): $50 USD
• Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through Canada Post or the applicable carrier's website.

Due to the nature of our products (essential oils, herbal products), some items may not be eligible for international shipping. Moxibustion products may require additional handling time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
